LemonAD is an affiliate network and a direct advertiser: 25+ geo's, creatives localization service, in-house call center.

1. Creating a LemonAD template in the tracker

• Go to the Affiliate Networks section in the tracker.
• Click Create.
• In the From Template field, enter LemonAD.
• Save the template.
• After saving, the template will appear in the list of Affiliate Networks.

2. Creating an offer in the tracker

• Go to the Offers section.
• Click Create.
• Specify the offer name, group (if necessary), and the affiliate network created in step 1.
• Then upload the Zip archive if the offer will be added locally, or switch to Redirect and specify the offer URL.
• When selecting the affiliate network, parameters for passing the tracker's subid in the offer URL will be added automatically.

3. Adding a Postback URL in the LemonAD dashboard

• Open the saved template and copy the Postback URL
• Click on your Login - Profile at the top right in the LemonAD dashboard
• Go to Global postback and API
• Click Add postback
• Choose the necessary statuses and set values for them:

in the "Status of new leads": lead

in the "Status of confirmed leads": sale

in the "Trash lead status": rejected

in the "Rejected leads status": rejected

• Add the copied postback to the URL field

• In the URL, replace [ISO] with the currency of your account, for example, usd. The URL will look like: https://domain/key/postback?subid={clickid}&payout={payout}&status={status}&lead_status=lead&sale_status=sale&rejected_status=rejected,trash&currency=usd&from=LemonAD.com

• Save

• Done, the postback is configured

How to Test?

1. Create a test campaign in the tracker with one flow, without filters.
2. Add your created offer to the flow.
3. Click on the campaign link and perform the target action: registration, filling out a form, etc.
4. Go to the AdCombo dashboard and ensure that a click is recorded, and the subid is passed for that click.
5. Check the logs of sent Postbacks to the tracker, if available.
6. Check the logs of received Postbacks in the tracker (Maintenance — Logs — Postbacks).
7. Note that the affiliate network might not send Postbacks immediately; sometimes, you need to wait for some time.
8. If the conversion is still not recorded, follow the troubleshooting instructions Or contact our support.
